CANCELLATION:
Free cancellation when :* If you booked tour through email, or phone call and at office (sent deposit by Paypal ).
*If you booked tour through the website and cancel before 48 hours (sent deposit by Paypal)
Cancellation will be charged when :* If you book tour from website and you cancel booking after 48 hours you will be charged 20% deposit. But please feel free to send us email so we may help you to cancel the booking.
DEPOSIT & BALANCE :
All prices quoted are in VND and USD
The payment can be made into our Vietnamese bank account or by using PayPal. You are responsible for any bank or PayPal charges. If you are in Nha Trang, you can come to our office and pay in cash or credit card
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid no later than the day prior to your tour departure
